Every walk begins and ends in Bernal — so the hour is spent moving, sniffing, socializing and settling into a familiar rhythm, not idling in traffic. We just take the scenic route home. Pay yearly and two months are on us — the same care, with the calm of a settled routine and a founding rate held for two years.
Membership is subject to a temperament assessment, group compatibility and route capacity. Weekdays are confirmed at assessment. A private walk, by exception, is $65 — most dogs are far happier, and better off, in their small standing group. Prices are founding-launch rates and may rise for later members.

Before joining, each dog completes a temperament and handling assessment. We document commands, triggers, preferences, medical needs, home access and emergency contacts — then we match, carefully. Good care isn't a promise. It's a procedure.

Small on purpose. One walker can only give a handful of dogs a genuinely calm hour — so the first cell is capped, and it fills in the order dogs are assessed and reserved.

Why only three dogs?
Three is the size at which one person can genuinely watch every dog, keep the walk calm, and still give real attention. It's a deliberate quality choice — smaller groups mean safer walks and a better hour for your dog.
Where exactly do you serve?
The first cell is intentionally limited to a compact part of Bernal Heights around the Cortland corridor. Applications just outside the active route are held for the next cell as density builds — so it's always worth applying.
Is my dog eligible?
Most social, walkable dogs are. Membership depends on safe handling, group compatibility and route fit. Some dogs are happier with private care — and we'll say so honestly rather than force a poor match.
What if I need to cancel or pause?
Membership reserves real capacity, so we ask for 30 days' notice after your initial term, and include one planned pause each year. If we ever cancel a walk, you're automatically credited.
Are the walks off leash?
No. The service is built around calm, on-leash neighborhood walks. Any future off-leash option would require separate assessment, permissions and procedures — we won't improvise with your dog's safety.
What happens if my walker is out?
Every group has a trained backup who already knows your dog, the route, your home-access procedure and the care notes. Consistency doesn't disappear when someone takes a day off.

Apply in about three minutes, we schedule a complimentary home-and-handling assessment, and — if it's a good fit — you reserve your place with a refundable deposit. It's an application, not an instant booking.
